I hope you’re enjoying your summer.

These are the lazy days of summer.  Warm weather is still here (maybe even a little TOO warm) and we have a while before everyone has to go back to school.  I hope you’ll have some time to get out in nature and relax.

This piece is called “The Letter J” because I was challenged to make a piece inspired by the first initial of my name.  So, in this piece there are jellyfish, John Dory fish, jackfish, Java Moss, a jon boat named “Joy Ride,” jewels and jade.  And the fishing hooks are shaped like a J.  Who knew what one little letter could inspire!
